Psychology support for children, youth and families

Families in Focus provides psychology support tailored to each child and family. We
identify developmental gaps affecting daily life and target treatment to improve
functioning at home, school, work and in relationships.

Services

● Theraplay: structured play therapy and parent coaching that strengthens connection, trust, self-esteem and joyful engagement.

● Parent coaching and education: understanding your child’s functioning and developmental needs, with practical strategies for routines, regulation and connection.

● Talk therapy: CBT, solution-focused approaches, and regulation strategies.

● Complimentary Wellbeing Services: Supporting the emotional wellbeing of children, teens, and families.

● Parent Groups: Weekly parent groups to learn practical ADHD strategies, ask questions, and connect with other parents.
